Delivery and Payment Method
These conditions relate only to orders whose deliveries are carried out in Switzerland.
For other countries, the customer must send an email to cnatureshop@outlook.com requesting budget for delivery.
- Orders are not accepted for delivery to PO.
- We do not make submissions to the collection. Applications will only be sent after payment.
You can choose your payment method from the following available:
- Credit card (through Paypal)
- PayPal - (automatically receive notification of payment - no need to send proof, unless the email you registered with PayPal is different from the one used to register in our store)
In any case, it appears that the "situation" of your order has not changed in a period of 48 hours after the same register, please send us an email to cnatureshop@outlook.com to report that fact that!
- Cash (In case you decide to collect on Shop)
- Deliveries will be made by the Swiss Post service, only on weekdays and at the address indicated by the Client, except in the delivery option by Carrier which will later be notified when the same will be delivered your order in hand. The amount of postage is € 9.90 with shipping Swiss Standart Europe.
- Carrier taxes are 9.90CHF.
- FREE Shipping for orders over 100 CHF.
- Exclusive Handmade Product Orders take between 5-10 days to Portugal and 2 days for Switzerland.
- If at the time of delivery, the Customer is not in the indicated address, the order will be at the post station of the respective area of the house for 6 days and after this period, returned to CNature considered for all purposes this return as a cancellation of the order. In this case, you should contact the CNature to match referral (subject to new payment of postage), or refund the amount paid for the product - excluding the value of the initial sizes.
- For now, we operate only online. However we can deliver your orders in our facilities we simply send us an email to cnatureshop@outlook.com expressing that intention. The date and time will be later combined between CNature and Customer.
- If the request is not paid within 30 days from the date of registration, Customer notification one will be sent with information that does not effect the payment within 48 hours, it will be considered Voided for the purposes of release the stock reserved for him.
After the cancellation, and subsequent disposal of the system, CNature not responsible for the supply of the products in these applications and will be paid later.
- The Option "In Store Pickup" is subject to prior notice, via email, the day and time and has no additional cost.
